Hi Jeremy, Yes Tracy was right - I love your store!

It was so clean and the animals were well taken care of. Your employees were both so nice, helpful and friendly. One employee helped me out to the car while the other employee helped the other customers in line. I was very impressed! Definitely worth the 30 minute drive from Sacramento. My corn snakes both ate two mice last night and even my husband doesn't mind watching feeding process. He didn't get into reptiles until he met me, but he absolutely loves them now.

I needed to change my dogs food because she was allergic to the food she was eating. I walked into this one pet store and was at a lost with all the choices I had. They didn't seem really friendly and I really wasn't in the mood to ask for help. So I left the store. I had been to Pets to Go in the past and remembered how helpful they had been back then. I decided to go there. The minute I walked in, one of the people that worked there immediately came over to me and asked me if I needed any help. I told her what I needed and she had someone come over and help me. He was so friendly, informative and helpful that I will continue to do my pet shopping at their store. I had to go back to buy more food and I continued to get the same level of service.

The staff at Pets to Go is incredibly helpful and knowledgable! I've even gotten help over the phone! They also help support the school I work at by donating assemblies, like "Wild Things," that are truly amazing. Finally, Jeremy and Angel, the owners, work with my students to help donate pet supplies to the Sacramento County SPCA! This is an AMAZING store and the people who work there are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jeremy is the greatest owner. I love walking around and petting all the animals. He has eco friendly products and healthful food. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of supplies for all animals. They know their products well and can answer any questions the customer has. They carry high quality products at a reasonable price.

Jeremy (the owner) is wonderful, as is all of his staff. Friendly, helpful and very informed on all products and animals for sale in the store. I've never had to carry anything out to my car - they all offer to do it for me! Plus he offers competitive pricing and is involved with the community. Makes my choice to support local business that much more worthwhile.

Pets to Go is my favorite pet store. The owner and his staff are very knowledgeable about all of their animals and products and always have excellent advice about food, toys, grooming, etc. Everyone is always friendly and makes you feel welcome when your shopping. Also, they have happy, healthy, and well maintained pets for sale, including some hard-to-find reptiles. I am thankful to have Pets to Go in my neighborhood

The staff is always very friendly, & I like supporting a "mom & pop" place in Elk Grove. With all the chains popping everywhere, I prefer to shop at the stores that appreciate my business & give me useful, solid advice with a smile.

This is the BEST pet store I have ever encountered. The staff are friendly, knowledgable, helpful and really seem to care about your pets. I like it when i am recognized in the store (my dog too). The prices are reasonable and they are always assisting in saving money by using coupons etc. I love that the animals are out in the open so that it is evident that they are happy and content to sit around the outside of their cages. Also, the dog wash is great. I can't say enough good things about these people.

They have very freindly staff, excellent customer service. When I take my lab there to have a bath, they are extremely accommodating and their own animals that hang out in the store are loveable. My family and I have been going to Pets to Go for a long time and it is the BEST pet store. The workers are very nice and really truly know what they are talking about. We had friends of ours that bought a turtle from another pet store, only to find out that the turtle had been sold to them sick and the other pet store had told them to feed them the wrong thing. They brought the turtle to Pets to Go and they helped out so much, their turtle was better in no time! They are careful with their animals and have wonderful service. There is no better place than Pets to Go!!!

We have been going to Pets to Go for years and you can't find the same personal, knowledgable service at the "Big Box" pet stores. The knowledge base of their staff is very broad from dog feeding issues to the right temperature for the cage of a pet snake. Jeremy and Angel truly care about each individual customer and their pets with a level of service that is hard to find. I have seen Jeremy give his undivided attention to everyone from an adult making a large purchase to a heartbroken child with a sick lizard. It is that kind of caring and attention keeps us coming back!

Our family likes to support local business. The staff is very friendly including the resident canines and felines! Our vet wanted to know what brand of food we use-he said our mini doxie has a show coat and our large pound puppy 's skin problems have disappeared since we started using the dog food the staff at Pets To Go suggested.
