Policy on animal purchases.....30 day health guarantee (excluding fish) provided all necessary supplies are purchased to care for the animal in the manner deemed appropriate by Pets To Go.

No guarantee if proper set up is not purchased, or the animal is housed with a like animal purchased from a different store. No returns on animal purchases.
